Good people, please check out “Who’s Got Your Back” by Keith Ferrazzi (author of Never Eat Alone, another must-read). It really takes the concept of relationships currency and social capital to the next level. His four core mind-set to building lifeline relationships are: generosity; vulnerability; candor; and accountability. Personally, I would add authenticity into that mix as well. What do you think?
